Every year, anywhere, this moment, it is a memory moment.

You, the IMBA students have graduated.

There are four big surprises in our life: a good rain after a long drought; meeting old friends in a distant land; wedding night and passing the examination. Today you get two: meet old friends and pass the examination.

Either for knowledge or for diploma; either for meeting new friends or for learning, you graduated today.

每年的这个时刻，都是个值得铭记的时刻，你们毕业了!

人生中有四大惊喜：久旱甘霖，他乡故知，洞房花烛，金榜题名;今天你们占了两席：旧朋重逢，学业有成。

当初，不管是为了知识还是为了文凭，不管是为了交朋友还是换工作，你们选择来到上财，今天，你们毕业了。

At this moment, as a teacher, I am happy and a little sad. Graduation ceremony, it means a beginning for you and for me. It also means a memory for the past two years. Ms. Chenxi invites me to be the professor representative. I really don’t know what to say. I reviewed the past two months that we studied managerial economics together and I got some excited memory.

每年的这个时候，作为老师，有欣喜，也有心伤。毕业典礼，意味着一个新的开始，也意味着过去的两年将成为记忆。陈晰老师邀我作为教师代表发言时，我犹豫了很久，不知该说点什么，回顾与你们一起学习管理经济学的两个月，我找到了许多有趣的记忆。你们给了我很多惊喜。

You come together for different purposes. Somebody wants to do better in Michelin Tires, try to increase the market share of Michelin Tires in China market. Somebody wants to increase the sales of his bearings, especially export to the international market. Somebody wants to introduce Thailand food into China and invites us to taste your milky tea and desserts. Somebody starts his business of his hometown apple, and lets us remind the smell of nature apples. All these activities, show me your dream and your emotion.

在过去的两个月中，让我难忘的是你们的梦想和激情。你们是为了不同的革命目标来到财大。有人想将其工作做得更好，比如把米其林轮胎的影响力做强;比如把轴承产品的销售和市场份额提高;还有人想开启一份新的事业，比如把泰国饮料和食品引入中国，比如为家乡的苹果开启新的商业模式。但不论是为了什么，你们所展现出的激情令人感动。

In the course of managerial economics, I am glad to see that all of you can work together to do your assignment well. Team is important. Team may give us more abilities than individuals. If you want to be successful, you should work with others. Do you remember the game of making a water cube? In order to be the winner, your group members worked hard, sitting on the ground, bargaining with your competitors. I am glad to see that you putting your heart in learning.

在一起学习的过程中，让我难忘的还有你们的团结与合作。你们共同努力完成小组作业，一起讨论，一起交流，制作出精美的PPT。有时也会合作完成考勤?为了团队的胜出，你们群策群力，有时也会争得面红耳赤。还记得在制作水立方的时候，小组成员们放下身架，席地而坐，发挥奇思妙想，为一条胶带条讨价还价，为水立方的大小争论不休。这一切，让我感受到你们对学习和工作的投入。

Dream, emotion and friendship, I hope you keep them forever. I once asked you: ”what is happiness?” You give me different answers. Dream, emotion and friendship, it is necessary for your happy life. Whatever difficulty will you meet in the future, do not give up. “Maybe someday, your dream will come true.”

梦想、激情和友谊，我希望大家珍惜。记得在课堂上我曾问过大家：“什么是幸福?”每个人的答案不相同。但是梦想、激情和友谊，应该是幸福生活的必要条件之一，也是事业成功的重要影响因素。

我谨请大家禀持你的梦想和激情，今后不论遇到什么困难，都不要放弃你的梦想。梦想有时候很遥远，但却给大家以希望和力量。“梦想一定要有，说不定它就会实现。”

I hope you remember the two years in SUFE: (1) You had learned 16 courses besides Economics, Strategy, Statistics and so on. You may complain the exam and homework, but at the end you come over all the difficulties; (2) you had spent 80 weekends in school, giving up weekend lie-in, giving up weekends party and travel; (3) after two years, you received 16 courses score and 16 teachers' help, 55 classmates' friendship and the diploma. It is a good performance.

我还希望你们记住在财大的两年时光：(1)你们一共学习了16门课程，包括经济学、战略管理、统计、会计等等。你们曾抱怨过作业，也反感过考试，但最终，你们挺过来了; (2)你们共放弃了80周末的休息时光，放弃了睡懒觉，放弃了与家人的聚会或出游，最终，你们熬出来了;(3)两年后,你们得到了16门课程的优秀成绩,，55位同学的友谊，以及一张毕业证。这是个不错的绩效，祝贺你们!

“厚得博学，经济匡时”, it is SUFE`s motto. SUFE has been a part of your life。What you have experienced here may be helpful to you. Leaving SUFE to continue your business and to start your dream. Best wishes and good luck to all of you, my lovely IMBA students.

“厚得博学，经济匡时”，财大已经成为你们生命中的一部分。过去两年中所收获的知识或友谊，也将成为你的一份财富。离开财大后，不论是继续你的事业或开启新的梦想，我们都将祝福你，一切顺利，梦想成真。也希望你们找时间常回母校看看。
